As a Senior Business Consultant, you are crucial to the success of our clients in achieving their digital ambitions. You are able to understand the business of our clients quickly and help them with the tactical translation of their digital strategy into feasible steps. How do you do this?
What you do as a Senior Business Consultant?
Creating a more agile organization is high on the agenda of many management teams at our clients. More and more organizations are investing in the development of distinctive propositions, in the digital skills of employees and in strengthening the internal culture. However, it is not always easy to implement new working methods or new technology.
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will give substance to the premium partnership with our clients by thinking along with their business objectives and developing a tactical approach for their digital transformation. You advise our clients on the possibilities of hybrid and data-driven working. You help clients to digitize and simplify work processes by deploying innovative technology. In doing so, the organization’s ability to adopt you take into account.
You are involved from the moment a vision is formed. You start the exploration and during workshops you translate the business objectives and wishes of our customers into a roadmap. You can assess digital maturity, have an eye for business processes and requirements and you know how to connect innovative technology. Our cross-functional teams realize the actual solution and, thanks to your user-centered way of thinking, you challenge our clients and take them with you in their transition to the digital world.
