Vacancy: Delivery Coordinator
Location: From home, from one our offices in Hoofddorp, Barendrecht or Apeldoorn and on-site with our customers (when possible)
Hours: 32 – 40

Working at Macaw as a Delivery Coordinator

As a Delivery Coordinator, you are responsible for efficiently organizing, starting and coordinating the services provided to our customers, especially for smaller orders. You build customer relationships by proactively maintaining contact with customers about the services provided and you are the primary point of contact in case of upscaling and downscaling of capacity and in case of problems and escalations.

You periodically discuss the overall status of the assignment and the budget with your customers. In addition, you also ensure that the internal planning, invoicing and administration with regard to the services provided to the customer is well taken care of. Where necessary, you solve problems and challenge the internal teams involved to continuously improve customer satisfaction. In this way you have an active contribution to increasing the customer satisfaction of your own customers. You can use your commercial sensitivity to identify opportunities to sell additional services and to work together with the responsible Client Manager.

Within Macaw, this role offers you the necessary growth opportunities to roles as (Agile) Project Manager or Delivery Manager.

  • HBO thinking and working level;
  • knowledge of and preferably some experience with IT delivery management;
  • knowledge of financial management and project work;
  • a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
